However, we can help you reset your password. To do so follow this tutorial:
- Open Edge
- Navigate to the log in page
- Tap the question icon in the password field
- Enter your email and we will send you a temporary password
- This can then be used to log on
Following this process we advise you to go to the settings page within Edge and change your password to something a little more memorable.
